Tay Marr Kennel was in started in 1990 because as a child Robert Davis had a dream of owning a Siberian Husky and running a dog sled team. His dream became reality when he married Tamara and they decided to buy a Siberian. After much research and discussion, we bought our first two puppies. Six months later we had a kennel of eight dogs and Bob's dog sledding dream was fulfilled. Then we purchased a home in Boxford, MA with a barn and a large exercise yard for the dogs, and Tay Marr Kennel was born.

Tay Marr is mainly a racing kennel, where we have been running mid-distance races with plans to move into longer distance races in the future. The purpose of our breeding program is to maintain a competitive team. We attempt to do this with one or two litters a year from race proven Siberian stock. All dogs at Tay Marr Kennel are American Kennel Club registered Siberian Husky of the Seppala strain

We are absolutely thrilled when any of our puppies go to working homes because Siberians thrive on activity with their owners.
